When you're ready to send your files, we have three electronic options
available to you.
1. Attach a file to e-mail:
Our mail server will only accept files that are 5 Megs or less. Be sure
to include any relevant information in your e-mail, including specific
instructions, delivery instructions, and any purchase order information.
Depending on the type of job, we may also require you to send in a
colour proof. You may submit your files by e-mail to:
2.
Uploading a file using our Web Uploads page:
Files uploaded to us using this process can't be any larger than 80
Megs. Uploading large files takes time. For a successful upload, you
must keep your browser open until you receive conformation that the
upload was successful. Clicking on this link will
open the Web Uploads page in a new browser window.
3. FTP a file:
FTP is great for all file sizes but it is not quite as simple as E-mail
or our web uploads utility. This procedure works best with a dedicated
FTP client application. Links to trial versions of FTP clients and
FTP login and password info is here.
Preparing files for uploading:
Compress
Files into a Single Archive. There are several excellent file compression
utilities available, including StuffIt Deluxe or StuffIt
Standard Edition, and WinZip for
the PC. By compressing files into a single archive, all the components
of your job arrive to us in a single file that we can de-archive
into it's own directory.
Please remember to fax your work order
and colour separated hard copies to Still Creek Press
at (604) 717-6399. You must supply this information before Still Creek Press can
begin processing your job.
